The Fine Print

Damage Deposit

$300.00 feee at time of booking. 

Cancellation

$150.00 of damage deposit and all of rental fee is refundable if the booking is cancelled a minimum of 120 days prior to the date booked.  No refund for cancellation of bookings in June, July, August or September.

Hall Set-up the Night Before

Additional $50 fee is to be added to posted rental rate.

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept cash, cheque, debit or credit card.  Credit card required to be on file in the event damage deposit does not cover damage or loss.

Liquor Prices 

$7.00 for wine, hi-balls & domestic beer 
$8.00 for premium liquor / liqueurs / caesar drinks  
$3.00 for non-alcoholic beer
$1.00 for soft drinks & clamato juice 
Client may provide ticket sellers. 

Shrine Club provides Bartenders/Bussers @$20/person/hour - Manager to determine staffing requirements. Non-bar bookings may require SSC staff in attendance @$20/hour.

Mix beverages include  Pepsi, Diet Pepsi,  Ginger Ale, 7-Up, Club Soda, Tonic Water, Orange Juice, seasoning, limes, celery.  (Prices include GST).

Rental Agreement is Required.
