The Fine Print

Damage Deposit

$300.00 fee due at time of booking. 

Cancellation

$200.00 of damage deposit and all of rental fee is refundable if the booking is cancelled a minimum of 120 days prior to the date booked.  No refund for cancellation of bookings in June, July, August, September or December.

Hall Set-up the Night Before

Additional 50% of Day booked rental fee is required for set-up the night before. Premiuum months of June, July, August, November & December is 100% of Day booked rental fee.

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept cash, cheque, debit or credit card.  Credit card required to be on file in the event damage deposit does not cover damage or loss.

Liquor Prices 

$7.00 for wine, hi-balls & domestic beer;   $8.00 for premium liquor, liquers & caesars;  $3.00 for non-alcoholic beer;  $1.00 for soft drinks & clamato juice. Client may provide ticket sellers. Shrine Club provides bartenders and/or bussers at $20/hr per person. Manager to determine staffing requirements. Non-Bar bookings may require Saskatoon Shrine Club staff in attendance at $20/hr.  

Rental Agreement is Required.
